January 29, 2011. As a part of the spiritual renewal for the parish which from January 28 to January 30, 2011, Dr. Tomislav Ivancic from Zagreb led, on Saturday, January 29, in the chapel of "Mother's Village" a special lecture for our protégés was held: for the guys from the “Merciful Father” Community and women from “Mother Krispina” Community. The lecture was about how through the growth in the spiritual dimension and the relationship with God we can easily release ourselves from the chains of wounds and addictions. |

Christmas play performed by children from kindergarten ”St. Little Teresa", held on Tuesday, on December 21, had this headline "I’m announcing you joy…" lined small faces, pink cheeks, bright little eyes, restless arms were just the right picture of joy that they were announcing. About the joy spoke convenient recitations, songs and plays which they last few months practiced with their aunts, and all with one aim, to bring closer the Christmas mystery to small actors and their parents. The Secret of great God who became the little one to be close to us, like us... He was born, "God with us" to be the light in this world of darkness, in our hopelessness to be our hope in life and love as long as we have each other. |

Dear Friends of Medjugorje, called by Our Lady through prayer to build a new world of Peace. Let us be united in prayer over the coming Christmas feast-days, days which are full of spending and unrest, superficiality and exterior glitter. Let us be peace-makers, because as Fr. Slavko says: “Only through prayer, if we respond to her invitation, Our Lady’s main aim will be fulfilled: peace between God and Man, and peace among mankind.”

December 20, 2010. Through this pre-Christmas time in "Mother's Village” arrive numerous gifts of various benefactors (kindergartens, schools, parishes, individuals, businesses, pilgrims...).

On December 9, 2010 the representatives of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank gave the donation of 5000 KM to the director of "Mother's Village" Fr Svetozar Kraljevic.
The donation was handed over by the director of the Bank Michael Vogt, within the action "Hypo Pro Futuro", which is conducted in all the countries where the Group operates. |
