SAVE FROM OBLIVION GOOD PEOPLE EXHIBIT "ST. ANTE NERETVANSKI" |

Organized by Pope John Paul II Association from Split and Mother's village, in the great hall of the St. Joseph in Mother’s village, on Sunday June 24, on the eve of the 31st anniversary of the apparitions, the exhibition of photographs titled'' St. Ante Neretvanski’’ was held. The exhibition is dedicated to the life and work of famous Croatian missionary Father Ante Gabric. The aim of setting up this exhibition - in his opening speech explained Ivan Ugrin, the reporter of Slobodna Dalmacija(Free Dalmatia), is drawing attention to the character and work of Father Gabric, save from oblivion this good man, and to encourage the Croatian public and Croatian church to occupy more about the process of his beatification. The author of black and white photos is Zvonimir Atletic from the Council Report, who thirty years ago photographed father Ante on deltas of the Ganges. The exhibition was opened by Mate Bosnic, in front of the Association Pope John Paul II from Split, and will be set till August 15, 2012.
